Validity of Prices
Published prices are based on costs at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change published prices at any time before your booking is made.

Costs include
Prices quoted for safaris include transport as stated on the itinerary, game drives where stated, accommodation on full board basis unless where stated otherwise, scheduled flights and park entrance fees where mentioned.

Costs Exclude
Prices quoted exclude international flights, visa costs, airport taxes, optional excursions, personal insurance, drinks, tips, gratuities, phone calls, laundry and any items of a personal nature.

Children Policy
Children under 12 years of age sharing with parents pay 50% on accommodation unless otherwise specified. Children under 8 years are not allowed at the tree hotels due to closeness of the water holes where animals frequent.

Reservations/Payments
A deposit is required on booking and the balance paid atleast one month before the travel / safari date. If booking is made one month prior to safari date, full payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Accommodation
In Lodges rooms are in doubles, singles or triples. We book rooms with private baths throughout a safari on per person sharing basis; single rooms are available at a supplement. In Camps accommodation ranges from simple to luxurious and provide twin beds, private bathrooms and verandahs. Where private baths / showers are not available we shall notify the clients.

Transportation
This varies with each itinerary but is usually by safari minibus with pop-up roofs for game viewing, guaranteed window seats and the services of an English speaking driver/guide.French, Spanish, German, Chinese and Japanese speaking driver/guides are also available on request at an extra fee.

All bookings are accepted on the understanding that First Choice Tours and Travel act only as booking agents in making arrangements for hotels, sightseeing, restaurants or any other services in connection with any itinerary. Every effort and care will be taken in making such arrangements however, First Choice Tours and Travel does not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident or damage to person or property due to any act of default of any hotel, carrier, restaurant, company or person or any of their servants or agents.
